How Avengers: Infinity War Will Create a ‘New Playground’ for Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD
The Avengers’ intergalactic war with Thanos could have an impact on the show.
While answering a fan question at WonderCon’s panel for Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD, showrunner Jed Whedon explained how the events of May’s Avengers: Infinity War will impact the show.
“When Doctor Strange came out it introduced us to magic which gave us Ghost Rider. When [Guardians of the Galaxy] came out, we were introduced to space. We are waiting for [Avengers: Infinity War] to come out so it can open a new playground for us,” Whedon told the crowd.
