Analysis of my leadership during a conducted interview with, A Mental Health Supervisor of over 15 years. I asked, “How have you handled a situation when a colleague was not accepting of others diversity?
Conducting the interview was detailed, although many detailed exemptions were justified upon asking the question about handling diversity and adults. The answers were informal tying into being an adult and handling conflict and the human bias, one “children” accept the inevitability of conflict between the organization and the individual but are willing to cope with and mediate this conflict on rational grounds.
As the focus of the interview stemmed from, difficulties experienced by individuals and the opportunity to teach and express new ideas rather authoritative direction held the idea, was an obvious foster of oneness in a void of two realities: Children and Adults.
EditOverall, handling diversity focuses on the needs of the leader rather than our own personal needs or desires and that if he/she were unable to accept the diversity, he/she should look for another job or career.
Opportunity to thrive on our own, in short, proposed the above statement due to my own ethnic/racial background, which isn’t a moderately opened-ended statement, it’s a truthful and honest statement. As a matter of fact, it’s common for minorities different cross-culturally.
Perhaps unenlightened by such social roles it can be so important that the individual may break down when roles are changed.
Here, it is used written information and sources from the individuals own racial background and similar environment to help prevent misunderstandings and improve communication to derive differences from similarities. Chiefly, this cultural understanding is unquestioned but specific under: attitudes, values, and behaviors of employees with differentiating age, race, or sex.
I agree with most leaders and side with them upon the method of teaching and working with adults and children, formal and informal lessons between races and ages are centered levels centered and influenced by culture and diversity.
